Napkin Size & Quality
Roughly 6x6 inches but handmade and will vary slightly in shape as a result.
Embroidery is featured on one side of the napkin only.
To care for your napkins:
Spot clean and iron if needed. Avoid ironing on stitches.
Shipping & Returns
You should expect to hear from us within 2-4 business days depending on the quantity and scope of customizations. Your images may go through a process to digitize before embroidery.
Custom orders are not returnable as they are made specifically for you.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
